Q. What is the cost of the Welcome Package? A. There is no cost to you. It's absolutely FREE.
Q. This sounds great! Is there a catch? A. No, there is no catch. Our Sponsors would like you to feel welcome and "at home" in your new neighborhood.
Q. Are you selling something? A. No, we do not sell anything!
Q. Do you mail the Welcome Package? A. No, a local Neighborhood Greetings Representative will deliver your package to your home and go over the contents with you and answer any questions you may have about your new community.
Q. Will you leave the package if I'm not home? A. No, our Representative would be happy to schedule a time that's convenient for you to bring your Welcome Package to you.
Q. Can you deliver my Welcome Package in the evening or on the weekend? A. Yes, we are very flexible and can work with your schedule.
Q. Can I request a visit for someone else that's new to the community? A. Yes, we'd be happy to welcome them. Just give us their information and be sure to give us your name also, so that we can tell them you sent us on their behalf.
Q. Do you sell any personal information I provide on your form? A. No, we do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies. We use your information to respond to your request for a Welcome Package. Once your Welcome Package is delivered, we share your name and address with Neighborhood Greetings Welcome Service Sponsors. These sponsors do not share your personal information with any other people or businesses.
